I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation, what do I do?
First check your spam folder, the order confirmation may also go there. If you cannot find the order confirmation in your spam folder, please contact the online store's customer service by email at asiakaspalvelut@romeojulia.fi. We will help you sort out the matter.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders usually leave our warehouse the next business day after the order is placed. Delays may occur during sales, if the order includes backordered products, or if we are waiting for the product you ordered to arrive at our warehouse. After this, the order will be shipped by the distributor of your choice.
General shipping times:

If you have selected *Pickup from Oulu store* as your delivery method, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are usually ready the next business day (MON-FRI).
Do I need to log in to place an order?
You do not need to log in to place an order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact asiakaspalvelut@romeojulia.fi and we will cancel it for you.
You can cancel your order if it has not yet left the warehouse.
I want to exchange a product, what do I do?
If you have purchased a product from a store, you have a 7-day right to exchange an unused product. The right to exchange does not apply to piercing jewelry.
If you have placed an order from an online store, return the product you no longer want and then order the product you want to replace it.
What happens if I don't pick up my package?
Failure to pick up a package is not a cancellation, and we will have to charge the costs incurred by us for unpicked packages. Regardless of the package, the charge is 20€. We will charge an amount from the value of your order. If the value of your order is over 20€, we will charge the amount from the total amount of your order. If the value of your order is less than 20€, we will charge the full amount.
How do I make a refund?
Our products (except piercing jewelry) have a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please send us an email at asiakaspalvelut@romeojulia.fi. Please include your name or order number and the name of the product you are returning.
We will then send you a return code and instructions for making the return. The return fee is €5, which will be deducted from the refund for the products you returned.
How long will it take before I get my money back when I return a product?
We will process your refund within 1-2 business days of receiving your returned products. It takes 2-7 business days (Mon-Fri) for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on the payment method you chose.
Why can't I return piercing jewelry?
The right of return does not apply to piercing jewelry for hygiene reasons (Consumer Protection Act 6:16, art. 3 and 4).
I ordered from your online store and received a broken/wrong product, what do I do?
Contact us immediately at asiakaspalvelut@romeojulia.fi. Attach a picture of the product to the email. Our customer service will help you.
I bought a product in a store, but it is defective, what do I do?
If you have purchased the product from our store, you must make a complaint to our store. If you have purchased the product from our online store, please contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelut@romeojulia.fi
Can I return my order to the Oulu store?
You can return your order free of charge to the Oulu store. Bring the products you want to return, the packing list that came with the order, and any boxes/bags that the products were in. Give the products to our staff who will refund your account. Refunds cannot be made in cash. You can also exchange the products for any products in the store. If the products you have chosen are more valuable than the products you ordered, you can pay the difference in the store as a normal purchase.

Gift cards
The jewelry store Romeo & Julia has two different gift cards; a brick-and-mortar store gift card and an online store gift card. If your gift card was purchased at a brick-and-mortar store, you can only use it at the Oulu store. If your gift card was purchased at an online store, it can only be used as a payment method in the online store. Store gift cards are valid for 6 months and online store gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used in parts.
I paid for my order with a Walley invoice, when will I receive the invoice?
Walley always sends invoices to customers by email on the banking day following the order. The invoice has a 30-day interest-free payment period.
If you have chosen credit account billing (installment payment), the first invoice for the purchase will be sent in the middle of the following month.

Jewelry store Romeo & Julia does not see the customer's Walley billing information, but it is under the contract between the customer and Walley. You can manage your information yourself at www.walley.fi
I have a gift card for the Oulu store, can I use it to pay in the online store?
A gift card purchased in a store can only be used in a brick-and-mortar store.
I have a gift card for the online store, can I pay with it at the Oulu store?
In exceptional cases, you can pay with an online store gift card at the Oulu store. In this case, please contact our store in advance by emailing asiakaspalvelut@romeojulia.fi.
How long is a gift card valid for?
Store gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and online store gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
My gift card has expired, can I still use it?
Unfortunately, expired gift cards purchased in the online store cannot be used after the expiration date stated on the gift card.

Is there a right of exchange and return in the Oulu store?
There is no right of return at the brick-and-mortar store, but we offer a 7-day exchange right for products. You can exchange the product for any other product or alternatively for a gift card of the same amount. The gift card is valid for 3 months. The exchange right does not apply to piercing jewelry.

We currently do not offer our products for resale, but in the future there may be an opportunity to purchase part of our product range for resale.
