High-quality 316L surgical steel cartilage/tragus jewelry with a durable, genuine Steel Zirconline® PVD coating is great for helix or cartilage piercings and tragus piercings, for example. In this jewelry, the ball is fixed and the jewelry is unscrewed only from the decorative part. A really wonderful alternative to tragus piercing; it is easy to use and there is no fear that the ball will unscrew while in the ear.
The jewelry can also be worn as a traditional earring, the strength of the stud is the same as in traditional nursing jewelry.
The color is made by coating the jewelry with the PVD method (Physical Vapor Deposition). This gives the jewelry a very durable surface. The method has been used in medical procedures since the 1980s. The jewelry coating is also autoclavable. Definitely a material worth trying for those with special sensitivities and allergies.
