The Titanium Arc Line is a carefully crafted minimalist labret, with a gently curved shape that follows the contours of the ear with understated beauty. There are no stones or embellishments – its simple, longer arc creates a clean shape that looks especially beautiful in flat , cartilage or upper ear piercings , but can be used with most ear piercings.
Arc Line is made of implant-grade titanium (Ti-6AL-4V-ELI ASTM F136), which is completely uncoated, hypoallergenic, and nickel-free – a safe choice even for those with sensitive skin or recent piercings.
The jewelry is internally threaded: the inside of the pin is hollow and the jewelry has a graceful, protruding threaded part that fits precisely in place. This structure is gentler on the piercing and does not irritate the tissue. Available in two lengths – 6 mm and 8 mm – for the most comfortable and personalized fit.
The gold-colored surface of the jewelry is created using the PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) method , in which the color is attached to the surface of the metal by vaporizing it. The method produces a very durable coating that is highly resistant to wear and moisture and will not chip or fade with use.
